A calming and strength building workout that blends simple Yoga movements with mindful breathing and gentle mobility work. 

Yoga helps improve flexibility, balance, posture and overall strength. It can reduce stress, support better sleep, enhance mobility and boost mental clarity. Regular practice promotes relaxation, improves body awareness and contributes to a greater sense of overall wellbeing. 

Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins. 

Please wear comfortable sports clothing. Trainers are not required, as this class is practiced barefoot, yoga socks can be worn if preferred. Remember to bring water and a towel, and you may also bring your own mat, though we provide mats for all participants. 

Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.

Yes. The combination of mindful movement, focused breathing and relaxation is well known for helping to calm the mind and relieve tension. 

No. You don’t need to be flexible to join. The class gently improves flexibility and range of motion with each session. 

In many cases, yes. Many postures can be modified or performed more gently. If you have specific concerns, it is advisable to speak with your instructor beforehand. 

Even one or two sessions per week can make a noticeable difference. Regular practice helps build consistency and enhances the overall benefits.
