BODYATTACK boosts cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and overall strength. It helps burn calories, improve agility, coordination, and stamina, and enhances overall fitness. Beyond the physical benefits, the fast-paced, motivating format can increase energy, reduce stress, and provide a fun, empowering workout experience. 

Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins. 

Please wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers and remember to bring water and a towel. 

Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.

Yes. The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Instructors provide modifications so everyone can work safely at their own pace. 

Yes. BODYATTACK involves running, jumping, and dynamic movements. Lower-impact alternatives are offered for those who prefer less strain on joints. 

No. The exercises can be adapted to suit your current fitness level, making it accessible for beginners and experienced participants alike.
