What is thrive?
Les Mills THRIVE is a supportive low impact workout designed to help participants build strength, improve mobility, and increase confidence with exercise. Each session includes a range of simple movements with progressions and modifications, making it suitable for older adults, beginners or anyone returning to fitness. The focus is on safe, effective and enjoyable activity that supports long-term wellbeing.
Les Mills THRIVE helps improve overall fitness, balance, coordination and flexibility while being gentle on the joints. It supports healthy ageing, boosts energy levels and builds strength for everyday activities. The class also provides a friendly and inclusive environment, helping participants stay motivated and consistent with their exercise routine.
Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers and remember to bring water and a towel.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
