Yes! BODYPUMP is suitable for all fitness levels. Instructors provide guidance for weights and modifications to suit your ability.

No. As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass and strength. This is particularly noticeable in women after the age of 30, and it can affect balance, mobility, metabolism, and overall health.

Weight training, such as BODYPUMP, helps to:

  • Maintain and build muscle mass, keeping your body strong and functional
  • Support bone health, reducing the risk of osteoporosis
  • Boost metabolism, helping with weight management
  • Improve balance and stability, lowering the risk of falls
  • Enhance overall quality of life, allowing you to stay active and independent as you age

Regular weight training is not just about appearance, it’s a key part of staying healthy, strong, and independent for life.
