indoor cycling

A class that combines cardio, strength, endurance, and power exercises, with you in control of the intensity. Designed to inspire and motivate, it helps you work to the best of your ability while challenging your whole body.

Indoor Cycling is a low-impact, high-intensity cardiovascular workout, which means it’s easier on your joints than running or high-impact aerobics while still delivering an effective calorie burn. It improves cardiovascular endurance, leg strength, and muscular endurance, and can also boost mental wellbeing by reducing stress and increasing energy levels. Regular participation can help with weight management, stamina, and overall fitness, making it a safe and efficient choice for people of all abilities.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late entry may not be permitted due to bike setup requirements. If it’s your first time, we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so your instructor can guide you through your bike setup.

Please wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers and remember to bring water and a towel.
