Exercising in water reduces strain on muscles and bones, making it ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels. It also improves cardiovascular health, enhances balance and coordination, and can support rehabilitation from injury. Beyond the physical benefits, the buoyant, refreshing environment helps reduce stress and leaves you feeling energised and invigorated.

Please be on poolside at least 5 minutes before the class. Entry to the water will not be permitted until 5 minutes before the session starts, so arriving on time ensures you can get settled and ready to begin safely.

Wear a swimsuit or swim trunks and arrive ready to get in the water. All equipment will be set up and ready for you on poolside.
