What is les mills shapes?
Les Mills Shapes is an energising workout that blends Pilates, barre, and power yoga, all set to uplifting music. The class focuses on slow, controlled movements, functional strength exercises, and dynamic core training to help improve posture, stability, and total body strength. It offers a low impact yet highly effective way to tone and condition your entire body.
Shapes helps improve posture, stability, muscle tone, and overall functional strength. The controlled movements build strong abdominal and back muscles, support better balance, and enhance hip stability. Research shows it can lead to up to a 35 percent increase in abdominal endurance, a 26 percent increase in back endurance, and around 20 percent improvement in balance and hip stability.
Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing. Trainers are not required, as this class is usually practiced barefoot, yoga socks can be worn if preferred. Remember to bring water and a towel, and you may also bring your own mat, though we provide mats for all participants.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
