What is dance?
A vibrant, feel-good dance workout set to a mix of music genres and choreography styles. Each class blends different rhythms and moves, keeping every session fresh, fun and full of energy. Whether you’re a complete beginner or love to dance, this class lets you express yourself, boost your fitness and enjoy a truly uplifting workout.
Dance offers a powerful boost to both fitness and wellbeing. It improves cardiovascular health, coordination and flexibility while helping to build strength and stamina. Beyond the physical benefits, dance is known to lift mood, reduce stress and support mental wellbeing through the release of feel-good endorphins. The combination of music, movement and community creates a positive, energising experience that leaves you feeling confident, connected and refreshed.
Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers and remember to bring water and a towel.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
