What is hiitstep?
HIITSTEP is a high-intensity interval training class that combines step-based cardio with strength and conditioning exercises. It challenges your cardiovascular system, builds muscular endurance, and keeps your heart rate up for an effective full-body workout.
HIITSTEP helps improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and muscular strength. The combination of step movements and high-intensity intervals promotes calorie burn, supports weight management, and enhances coordination and agility. It also boosts energy, stamina, and overall fitness while providing a fun and motivating workout experience.
Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late entry may not be permitted due to equipment setup requirements.
Please wear trainers and sports clothing and bring water and a towel.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
