We offer a range of memberships to suit every lifestyle and fitness goal. Classes can be booked up to 8 days in advance via the app or 7 days in advance at reception. 

If you prefer not to commit to a membership, we also offer pay-as-you-go (PAYG) options and class packs, giving you the flexibility to attend sessions when it suits you. 

Booking is easy and can be done via our app, website, or in person at reception.

We have two car parks, one at the front of the building and one towards the back. The car parks are free for all users of the facility and has designated disabled bays. We do ask though that all cars are parked between the lines to make access and egress easy for all. Additional parking is available on Park Road.
