BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy, martial arts-inspired workout created by Les Mills. It combines moves from karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai into a full-body cardio session. The class is designed to challenge your cardiovascular system, build strength, and improve agility, speed, and coordination.
BODYCOMBAT improves cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and overall strength. It helps burn calories, tone muscles, and boost stamina while enhancing coordination, agility, and balance. Beyond the physical benefits, BODYCOMBAT is empowering and energising, helping reduce stress, increase confidence, and elevate mood.
Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers and remember to bring water and a towel.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
