It focuses on improving flexibility, core strength, and balance while promoting mental calm and relaxation. Suitable for all fitness levels, BODYBALANCE helps you build strength, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellbeing.
BODYBALANCE offers a range of physical and mental benefits. It helps improve flexibility, core strength, and balance while promoting better posture and body awareness. The controlled movements and stretches can reduce muscle tension and enhance mobility, while the mindful breathing and relaxation elements support stress relief and mental wellbeing. Regular practice can leave you feeling stronger, more centred, and energised.
Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing. Trainers are not required, as this class is usually practiced barefoot, yoga socks can be worn if preferred. Remember to bring water and a towel, and you may also bring your own mat, though we provide mats for all participants.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
