What is hiitcircuit?
HIITCIRCUIT is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) programme designed by the HIIT Company. It combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity activity, targeting strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
HIITCIRCUIT offers a range of physical and mental benefits. It improves cardiovascular fitness, builds strength, and increases muscular endurance. The high-intensity intervals help burn calories efficiently and can support weight management. It also boosts metabolism, enhances stamina, and improves overall functional fitness. Beyond the physical benefits, HIITCIRCUIT can increase energy levels, improve mental focus, and provide a motivating, engaging workout experience.
Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late entry may not be permitted due to equipment setup requirements.
Please wear trainers and sports clothing and bring water and a towel. You’re welcome to bring your own mat, but we provide mats if you need one.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
