Runners, swimmers, athletes, and those looking for a spring challenge, are invited to take part in the Padiham Aquathlon.
Burnley Leisure is building on the success of last year’s event and hosting this exciting activity on 3rd April.
The event involves a 600metre swim at Padiham Leisure Centre, followed by a 5km run along the Padiham Greenway.
The event is open to all abilities, and is a great opportunity for people to try a new type of event. It is also a good challenge for more experienced athletes.
Competitors for adult aquathlon must be aged 14 years or over.
Youngsters aged 8 and 13 are also welcome to join the multi-sport event and test their strength in the junior aquathlon.
