At Burnley Leisure & Culture, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all of our valued guests. We understand the importance of accommodating food allergies and intolerances to ensure your well-being and satisfaction.

Allergy Awareness: Our kitchen is well-equipped and our chefs are trained to handle various food allergies. We take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination and can modify dishes to meet your dietary needs. Please inform our front of house teams of any food allergies you or your dining companions may have a the point of booking or ordering.

Food Intolerance Consideration: We also recognise that food intolerances can be a concern. While they may not pose immediate health risks, we respect your preferences and are ready to help you in choosing menu items that align with your dietary restrictions. Feel free to ask our team for guidance.

Ingredient Transparency: To provide you with accurate information about our dishes, we maintain a comprehensive list of ingredients used in our recipes. If you have any concerns or questions about specific ingredients, please ask a member of our team.

Communication is Key: Clear communication between you and our team is vital. Please let us know the nature and severity of your allergies or intolerances, and we will do our utmost to create a safe and enjoyable dining experience for you.  However, if we deem the food allergy high risk, we may reserve the right to refuse to serve a dish.

Disclaimer: While we make every effort to meet your dietary requirements and minimize the risk of allergen exposure, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to the shared use of cooking equipment and storage areas.  Our kitchen environments contain all 14 allergens therefore we cannot guarantee that traces of all 14 allergens are not present within our dishes.
