Our Feelgood Gym has power-assisted exercise equipment that’s ideal for all shapes, sizes and abilities. It’s a place where you can meet new friends and feel the fitness benefits together!
Our Feelgood Gym offers a less challenging environment to a conventional gym in a quiet, friendly and sociable setting.

Ladies only sessions
Every day Monday to Friday, we have ladies only sessions between the hours of 6.30am and 1pm, with mixed sessions from 1pm-10pm.
Closed for Up and Active clients only
Wednesday 12pm – 12.45pm and Fridays 2pm – 2.45pm
Full opening times
Monday to Friday (ladies only): 6:30am-1pm.
Monday to Friday (mixed, ladies and men): 1pm-10pm.
Saturday & Sunday (mixed, ladies and men): 9am-7pm.

Feelgood Membership
Includes Feelgood Gym and off-peak swimming, sauna, steam and spa access.
Feelgood Plus Membership
Includes Feelgood Gym and unlimited swimming, group exercise classes and sauna, steam and spa access.
Feelgood Plus Membership for Couples
Enjoy all the benefits of our Feelgood Plus membership with our Couples membership for just £52 per month, plus a one-off £10 joining fee when signing up.
