aeromix
A dynamic fitness class that combines aerobic exercises with total body conditioning to challenge and strengthen every part of your body.

What is aeromix?
Aeromix is a high-energy, full-body fitness class that blends aerobics, legs, bums & tums, and core work into one dynamic session. Set to uplifting music, the class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, build strength, and tone key areas of the body. Suitable for all fitness levels, Aeromix offers a fun and motivating way to boost overall fitness while moving to great music.
Taking part in an Aeromix class has a wide range of benefits for both fitness and wellbeing. The combination of aerobics, strength, and core exercises improves cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and overall body toning. It also enhances coordination, balance, and flexibility, helping you move more confidently in everyday life. Beyond the physical benefits, the energetic music and group environment boost mood, motivation, and mental wellbeing, making it a fun and uplifting way to stay active.
Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Getting there a little early also gives you a chance to chat with the instructor before the session starts.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers and remember to bring water and a towel. You may also bring your own mat if you prefer, though we do provide them.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
