What is bootcamp?
Bootcamp is a high energy interval training session that combines bursts of intense activity with strength work, cardio, bodyweight exercises, drills and sprints. It incorporates a range of equipment on the gym floor to enhance your workout, helping to build strength, improve endurance and push your fitness to the next level.
Bootcamp improves cardiovascular health, builds strength, boosts stamina and increases overall fitness. It can support weight management, enhance mobility and coordination, and provide a motivating group environment that helps you push your limits and stay consistent with your training.
Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins.
Please wear trainers and sports clothing and bring water and a towel.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.

Yes. Exercises can be adapted to suit different fitness levels, and instructors provide guidance to ensure you work safely and confidently at your own pace.
Depending on the session, you may use an array of equipment including things like kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, sleds, battle ropes and other functional training tools.
No. You don’t need to be particularly fit to start. Exercises can be adapted to suit your current fitness level.
Bootcamp can include high impact movements, but exercises can be modified to reduce impact where needed. Instructors can provide low impact alternatives to ensure the session is suitable for your ability and any limitations.
