les mills bodybalance

A class that combines elements of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to create a full-body workout that improves flexibility, builds core strength, and promotes a sense of calm and balance. Suitable for all abilities, it helps you feel strong, centred, and energised.

BODYBALANCE offers a range of physical and mental benefits. It helps improve flexibility, core strength, and balance while promoting better posture and body awareness. The controlled movements and stretches can reduce muscle tension and enhance mobility, while the mindful breathing and relaxation elements support stress relief and mental wellbeing. Regular practice can leave you feeling stronger, more centred, and energised.

Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins.

Please wear comfortable sports clothing. Trainers are not required, as this class is usually practiced barefoot, yoga socks can be worn if preferred. Remember to bring water and a towel, and you may also bring your own mat, though we provide mats for all participants.
