What is LES MILLS BODYPUMP?
Les Mills BODYPUMP is a dynamic full-body strength workout that uses light to moderate weights and high repetitions to help you build strength, burn calories, and improve muscle definition. Guided by a certified instructor and driven by motivating music, each session targets all major muscle groups for an effective, time-efficient training experience. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to elevate your routine, BODYPUMP offers a safe and structured way to increase strength and confidence.
Boosts muscular strength, builds lean muscle, and improves endurance while helping to tone your body, enhance shape, and support long-term bone health.
Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late entry may not be permitted due to equipment setup requirements.
Please wear trainers and sports clothing and bring water and a towel. You may also bring your own mat if you prefer, though we do provide them.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with full payment required at the time of booking.
