BODYSTEP improves cardiovascular fitness, tones the legs and glutes, and strengthens the upper body. It enhances coordination, stamina, and overall endurance while helping burn calories and improve overall fitness. The structured yet fun format makes it motivating and energising for participants of all abilities. 

Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins. 

Please wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers and remember to bring water and a towel. 

Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
