A fun, addictive, feel good dance class is an ego-free zone where no experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.  

Dance offers a powerful boost to both fitness and wellbeing. It improves cardiovascular health, coordination and flexibility while helping to build strength and stamina. Beyond the physical benefits, dance is known to lift mood, reduce stress and support mental wellbeing through the release of feel-good endorphins. The combination of music, movement and community creates a positive, energising experience that leaves you feeling confident, connected and refreshed. 

Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins. 

Please wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers and remember to bring water and a towel. 

Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.

No experience is needed. Our Dance classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those who love to dance. 

Dance classes vary from track to track, but most are low to moderate impact. Your instructor will offer options so you can work at a level that feels right for you. 

Yes. Moves can be adapted to suit different abilities and fitness levels. Simply work at your own pace.
