Strength Development offers a wide range of benefits for both body and mind. It improves overall muscle strength, endurance, and core stability, which enhances posture and supports daily functional movements. Regular participation can boost metabolism, increase bone density, and reduce the risk of injury. The controlled, functional exercises also help improve balance, coordination, and overall body awareness, while contributing to long-term health, fitness, and wellbeing. 

Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late entry may not be permitted due to equipment setup requirements. 

Please wear trainers and sports clothing and bring water and a towel. You’re welcome to bring your own mat, but we provide mats if you need one. 

Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
