What is tai chi?
Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing exercise that combines slow, controlled movements with deep breathing and mindfulness. It helps improve balance, flexibility, and coordination while promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
Tai Chi offers a range of physical and mental benefits. It helps improve balance, flexibility, and coordination, strengthening muscles and joints gently over time. The slow, controlled movements promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance mental focus. Regular practice can also support posture, body awareness, and overall wellbeing, making it ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels.
