What is legs, Bums and Tums (LBT)?
LBT is a full lower-body workout designed to strengthen and tone the glutes, legs, and core. Using a combination of targeted exercises, this class helps improve muscle definition, enhance posture, and build endurance, making it ideal for anyone looking to sculpt and strengthen their lower body while boosting overall fitness.
Taking part in an LBT class improves muscle endurance, enhances posture, and boosts overall stability and balance. Regular sessions can increase functional strength for everyday activities, support better movement patterns, and contribute to overall fitness. Beyond the physical benefits, the class also helps improve mood, motivation, and confidence through a fun and energising workout environment.
Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers and remember to bring water and a towel. You may also bring your own mat if you prefer, though we do provide them.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
