A specially designed class for postnatal mums with pre-school children. It offers a safe and effective way to rebuild fitness, support healthy weight loss and enjoy social time with other new mums, all while keeping your little ones close by. 

Buggy Bootcamp helps rebuild strength, improve cardiovascular fitness and support healthy weight loss after pregnancy. It can aid posture and core recovery, boost energy levels and increase confidence. The class also offers a valuable social space for mums to connect, share experiences and feel part of a friendly community. 

Please arrive on time for your class. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins. 

Please wear trainers and sports clothing and bring water and a towel. 

Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.

Yes, when done at the right time and at the appropriate intensity. Buggy Bootcamp is designed with postnatal needs in mind, and exercises can be adapted to ensure you build strength and fitness safely while supporting your recovery. 

No. The class is suitable for all abilities. Movements can be modified depending on your fitness level, stage of recovery and any postnatal considerations. You can take as many breaks as you require during the class. 

Most mums can start gentle exercise a little while after giving birth, but the timing is different for everyone. It is always best to check with your doctor or midwife first to make sure you are ready before joining any postnatal exercise class.
