What is pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, and enhancing overall flexibility and control.
Pilates has a wide range of benefits for both body and mind. It strengthens the core, improves posture, and increases overall flexibility and mobility. The controlled, focused movements help develop better balance, stability, and alignment, which can reduce everyday aches and support long-term joint health. Pilates also encourages mindful movement and steady breathing, helping to reduce stress and improve mental wellbeing. It’s a gentle yet highly effective way to build strength, move with greater ease, and support overall functional fitness.
