What is Core conditioning?
Core Conditioning is a focused fitness class aimed at strengthening the muscles of the abdomen, back, and pelvis.
Through a combination of exercises targeting stability, balance, and strength, this class helps improve posture, enhance overall body control, and support everyday movements. Core Conditioning builds a strong, stable foundation for better performance in other activities and daily life.
Please arrive on time for your class, as late entry may not be permitted. Arriving promptly also gives you the chance to speak to the instructor or hear any important explanations before the session begins.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers and remember to bring water and a towel. You may also bring your own mat if you prefer, though we do provide them.
Book your class via our app or at reception. Use the app to reserve your spot up to 8 days in advance or book at reception up to 7 days in advance. For pay-as-you-go bookings, spots can be reserved up to 3 days in advance, with payment taken at the time of booking.
