Here are some common questions and answers about our app.
How do I download and install the app?
You can download and install the Burnley Leisure & Culture App via the Google Play Store or Apple Store.
Choose your preferred venue then click on ‘Login/Register’ ; this will ask you for your login details or to register.
How do I log in to my account on the app?
To log in to the app:
· If you are an existing customer, already registered to book online you can use your Leisure Hub login details to login to the app.
· If you are an existing customer and have not registered to book online you will need to register on Leisure Hub as a Burnley Leisure Card holder.*
*IMPORTANT: the email address that you use must match the same email address you used to register your membership/leisure card. If you have a couple’s membership, you will need an email address each to book online. Please contact the Leisure Centre to update your email address before registering.
· If you are a new customers and don’t have a leisure card you will need to register on Leisure Hub as a new customer.
The app has a single sign-on module, which means you only need to sign into the app once; thereafter, you don’t need to log in again to use it.
How do I register with Leisure Hub?
There are 2 options for signing into Leisure Hub*:
*IMPORTANT: the email address that you use must match the same email address you used to register your membership/leisure card. If you have a couple’s membership, you will need an email address each to book online. Please contact the Leisure Centre to update your email address before registering.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you are already registered as a member and wish to reset your password, you will need to do this via Leisure Hub as it you’re not able to do it via the app itself.
You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgot password?’ button on the main Leisure Hub login screen.
How do I book on a Pay and Play basis?
Pay and Play membership is required, which is a free membership that ensures you get charged the correct amount based on your age. If you have a paid membership, this will let you book all activities included in the membership, but Pay and Play is still needed for activities such as badminton.
Why am I unable to book?
It could be one of the following reasons:
Outstanding payments
If you have any debts on your account, you will not be able to book online. Please check your account to see what the debt is for and arrange payment at the leisure centre. If the debt is an error and it needs removing, please contact info@blcgroup.co.uk.
Membership
Pay and Play membership is required to book online. Pay and Play membership is a free membership that ensures you are charged the correct amount based on your age. You can add a Pay and Play membership via Leisure Hub > Membership Prices.
If your membership isn’t showing on ‘My Memberships’, you may have registered your account incorrectly; please contact info@blcgroup.co.uk to deactivate your account.
Booking policy
Members are able to book 7 days in advance. The booking system will only allow you to book within these parameters.
