Table tennis
Table tennis also known as ping pong, is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight ball, back and forth across a table using small bats. The game take places on a hard table, divided by a net. Table tennis tones and strengthens your core muscles in your upper and lower body.
Courts are available at St Peters Centre and Padiham Leisure Centre. Monday to Friday 7am – 10pm and at the weekends from 9am – 7pm. You can book online or by telephone on 01282 664444, up to seven days in advance.
