As the Events & Hospitality Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for promoting, arranging, and hosting the wide range of unique events that take place at our fantastic locations across Burnley Leisure and Culture.
This role will require you to lead in the co-ordination and delivery of all hospitality and events operations across BLC. Assisting the Deputy Hospitality Manager with developing all hospitality and events opportunities, inclusive of teams across all BLC venues and partner locations. Supervising delivery teams and operations to ensure outstanding service delivery and administrative support.
We require a responsible individual who can demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Flexibility is vital as hours will include evenings and weekends.
You must have experience of organising awards dinners, conferences, weddings and other activities as well as experience of responding and putting packages together for event enquiries.
