We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, energetic individual to join our professional and hardworking team of Sport Activators within our Community and Wellbeing department at Burnley Leisure and Culture.
Do you have experience in coaching in schools and the wider community?
Do you have a passion for helping individuals to lead a healthier and happier lifestyle?
You must have NGB Sports coaching qualification at Level 2 or above and a full UK driving licence.
It is essential you have experience of Health and Safety management in relation to indoor and outdoor sport & play provision. It is also essential you have experience of sports coaching and
session planning.
You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with our partners.
We are looking for an individual who can help develop great ideas, has a positive outlook and can become a valuable member of our team, to help us continue delivering the highest quality service to our community.
Flexibility is vital as you will be expected to work occasional weekends and evenings as and when required.
Appointment to the post is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
