We require responsible individuals who can demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
General duties include the day-to-day supervision of leisure facilities at St Peters Leisure Centre and Padiham Leisure Centre. You would be responsible for the opening and closing of facilities and the supervising of recreation, reception and coaching staff whilst on duty.
You would be responsible for ensuring that all pools are lifeguarded appropriately, the building is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, all bookings/activities are set up on time, basic pool plant checks and tests are carried out along with always delivering excellent customer service.
It is essential you possess a NPLQ Qualification and a First Aid at Work Certificate. You must have experience of working in a Leisure Centre environment and of supervising staff.
