It could be one of the following reasons:
Email address:
Your online registration email address must match the email address we have when you joined or registered for a leisure card.
If you need to change your email address please call reception on 01282 664444 (St Peters Leisure Centre) or 01282 477222 (Padiham Leisure Centre)
Leisure Card:
Make sure you enter BBC as well as the number shown on your Burnley Leisure card without a space in between.
If you have registered your leisure card incorrectly please email info@blcgroup.co.uk to deactivate your account which will enable you to register again.
