How do I cancel my membership at Burnley Leisure?

We are sorry to hear you wish to cancel your membership with us.  Did you know that you can freeze your membership for up to 6 months for a small monthly fee of £5.00. This will mean that you avoid paying pro-rata fees when you’re ready to come back. We also have other membership options that may be more suited to your circumstances so why not consider changing to another membership? – please click here to view all our membership packages.

How to Cancel your membership

Our direct debit memberships are now handled by an external organisation, Debit Finance Collections (DFC) therefore in order to freeze or cancel you will need to contact DFC on 01908 752 078 online https://www.debitfinance.co.uk/customer-enquiry/

GIVING NOTICE TO CANCEL

-DFC will continue to collect your monthly subscription after the Minimum Period. Should you not wish to continue subscribing after the Minimum Period, you must give notice to cancel the contract at least 1 calendar month before the final payment of the minimum period. If you wish to cancel the contract at any time after the Minimum Period, you must give at least 1 calendar months notice. The notice should be in writing via our cancellation portal https://www.debitfinance.co.uk/customer-enquiry/.
