Women's Walking Football at St Peter's Leisure Centre

We’re excited to launch women’s-only walking football sessions at St Peter’s Leisure Centre, starting Tuesday 24th February. These weekly sessions offer a fun, social, and low-impact way for women to stay active and enjoy football at a pace that suits everyone.

Walking football for women is perfect for beginners, returners, and anyone looking to improve fitness in a supportive, pressure-free environment.

Weekly Walking Football for Women

Our sessions run every Tuesday from 7pm–8pm and are open to women aged 13 and over. Whether you’re new to football, getting back into sport, or simply looking for a gentle way to move more, walking football is designed to be inclusive, enjoyable, and confidence-boosting.
