We have referral only sessions (either through a health professional or a self-referral). These are:

  • Good Boost

We have a number of open sessions supporting people with long term health conditions of disabilities to manage their health:

  • Aqua Relax
  • Aqua Circuits

Yes. If interested you can self-refer by completing the online form or calling the Health Programme team on 01282 477134

Our sessions vary, but you don’t have to be a strong swimmer to participate in the Water Wellbeing sessions or Good Boost sessions. These take place in shallower water and involve aquatic exercise as opposed to swimming.

If attending an open pool session and accessing deeper water, then the ability to swim would be necessary. If not a confident swimmer, then we advise you to remain behind the non-swimmers’ line highlighted poolside.
