Our Windermere Suite is a modern, versatile space, perfect for meetings, workshops, training sessions, and private events for up to 80 people. Designed with both style and functionality in mind, the suite offers a premium environment to impress your guests.
The Windermere Suite can be arranged to suit your event, whether you prefer cabaret, boardroom, theatre, or any other layout. Our team will work with you to create the perfect setup for your meeting or celebration

Half-Day Rate: £200

- Afternoon Session: 1:00pm – 5:00pm

Hourly Hire: £50 per hour
Flexible for quick meetings or add-on time.
We offer a range of refreshments to compliment your booking:
- Unlimited tea, coffee, water, and biscuits: £5 per person
- Single serving: £4 per person
All catering must be provided by Prairie Bistro. We offer a wide range of options to suit your event, including:
- Buffets
- Jacket potato station
- Breakfast sandwiches
- Pies
- And more

Outdoor Space (3G Pitches) – £30
Perfect for team games, sports, or group activities.
Rounders Equipment – £30
Fun and interactive option for all ages. All bookings can include these breakout activities to add energy and engagement to your event.
