Burnley Leisure has excellent opportunities for reliable, professional, and self-motivated individuals who have the desire to provide outstanding customer service as one of our sports apprentices.
Based at St Peter’s and Padiham Leisure Centres you will gain a broad range of experience-based knowledge of services provided within Burnley Leisure. As this role incorporates lifeguarding; a minimum swimming ability is required and you will be required to undertake a swimming test in addition to satisfying college assessments. In partnership with Burnley College we will support you through a comprehensive training programme recognised by employers across the country.
We are looking for self-motivated people who aspire to develop themselves and are committed to learning. You will need a good school, college or work record of attendance, good communication skills and be able to satisfy basic literacy and numeracy requirements.
- Evidence of your ability to work in teams and support others will also be required
