The role will involve working on the Leisure Centre’s busy reception desk and you will need to be motivated and have an ability to deliver high levels of customer care. Flexibility is vital as hours will include evenings and weekends. In return we offer competitive rates of pay, excellent training and career development opportunities.
It is essential that you have previous experience of working on a busy reception area and of working directly with customers. Excellent communication skills are also essential both on the telephone and in person. You will be required to operate a computerised point of sale system for taking payments, bookings and set up memberships, along with daily balancing of takings.
