Donna Slater Goldie- always cracking jokes, always smiling and gets on with everyone in the league. Never a dull moment when Donna is around.
Why does your team love playing Rounders in our leagues?
Great exercise and a way to keep fit
Social aspect of it all, meet new people, able to have the opportunity to play in arranged tournaments in other leagues.
Opportunity to train and qualify as an umpire.
Social side – add a few examples of the social side of your team – Team night’s out/camping trips/holidays/etc…
Just play sessions, team night outs, presentation evenings, charity events, crazy rounders cup competitions, quiz nights, family events ….. List goes on?
Why should a potential new player join your team? Sell your team, what’s the best bit about being part of your team?
We don’t always win a game ….but we did win an award for best sporting team, we all have a good time when we play. We play rounders because we enjoy the and we have a great team spirit.
