Couch to 5k is BACK on 8th June 2021!

Get into running with our Couch to 5K sessions.

Did you know that regular running can help reduce the risk of chronic illnesses such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and strokes, boost your mood and keep your weight under control?

Our Couch to 5K course is just £10 for the whole course and is designed to get you off the couch and gradually work you up to running 5K or for half an hour. The running programme is developed to help absolute beginners get into running.

All you need to do is register at and bring your barcode to join in.

Thompson Park (meeting point Queen Victoria road car park)

Saturdays 10:00-10:30
Riverside car park (Towneley Park)
